By accessing and using NexuDev's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use our services.

NexuDev provides digital services including but not limited to: • Web Development (custom websites, web applications, e-commerce) • DevOps & Cloud Services (CI/CD, infrastructure management) • UI/UX Design (user interface, user experience, prototyping) • E-Commerce Solutions (Shopify, WordPress, custom platforms) • AI & Automation (chatbots, workflow automation, data analysis) • Digital Marketing (SEO, content marketing, social media) • Branding (logo design, brand identity, guidelines) The specific scope of services will be defined in individual project agreements or contracts.

All projects require a signed agreement or accepted proposal that outlines: • Project scope and deliverables • Timeline and milestones • Pricing and payment terms • Revision policies • Ownership and intellectual property rights Any changes to the agreed scope may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

Our standard payment terms are as follows: • A deposit (typically 50%) is required to begin work • Remaining balance is due upon project completion • Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt • Late payments may incur additional fees • We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other payment methods as agreed Specific payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement.

Upon full payment: • Clients receive full ownership of custom-developed code and assets • Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses • NexuDev retains the right to showcase work in portfolios (unless otherwise agreed) • Pre-existing intellectual property remains with its original owner Before full payment, all work remains the property of NexuDev.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding: • Business information shared during the project • Technical details and proprietary methods • Customer data and personal information • Financial terms and agreements This obligation extends beyond the completion of any project.

NexuDev warrants that: • Services will be performed professionally and competently • Deliverables will substantially conform to agreed specifications • We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines Limitations: • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages • Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service • We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results • Third-party services are subject to their own terms and warranties

Clients agree to: • Provide accurate and timely information and feedback • Obtain necessary rights for any content provided • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations • Maintain backups of important data and content • Make timely payments according to agreed terms

Either party may terminate a project agreement: • With written notice as specified in the agreement • Immediately for material breach by the other party • Due to circumstances beyond reasonable control Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.

In the event of a dispute: • Parties will first attempt to resolve issues through good-faith negotiation • If unresolved, parties may seek mediation or arbitration • Governing law will be specified in individual agreements • Each party is responsible for their own legal costs unless otherwise determined

NexuDev reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For existing projects, the terms in effect at the time of agreement signing will apply.
